As one of the first developers of cut plate inspection systems we have been at the forefront of the industry since its inception, and with an installed base of over 70 systems remain a market leader. Our Eagle-i system is suitable for mainline, side leg and offline applications, and has been successfully integrated in plants based on glass manufacturing equipment from Grenzebach, Bottero and Bystronic. The range has been extended with Eagle-i+, offering full redundancy.

Our AG range adds the capability to detect pin holes in the silver layer of mirror glass, before a base coat is applied. This allows coating defects to be detected at the earliest possible opportunity.

The IQ system offers a consistent, reliable and safe means of measuring interleavant coverage, providing A real-time confirmation of powder density.

Additionally, we have worked in a consultancy capacity with glass manufacturers interested in developing machine solutions for other areas of production, such as top roll monitoring or interfacing off-the-shelf camera hardware to client developed systems.
